Welcome to our portal website on the Greek island of Allonisos.
About Allonisos
Allonisos is one of the Sporades. It is a quiet island, good for hiking, with about 3.000 people living there. The island has got some nice beaches (but difficult to get to them!) and nature is beautiful, with pine woods and a marine park as a preserve of the rare monk seal. In 1965 a large part of the island was destroyed by an earthquake.
Where it is/How to get there
Allonisos is close to Skopelos, Skiathos and Skyros. You get there from the mainland (Volos, Agios Konstantinos, Kimi, Thessaloniki) or from the islands of Skopelos and Skiathos.
